1. Developing program evaluation designs and carrying out the proposed research.
2. Designing and implementing evaluation research for ongoing programs, using a variety of methods, including questionnaires, and face-to-face interviews.
2. Developing instruments for pre- and post-test assessments of key program outcomes to determine program effectiveness and impact on participants.
3. Analyzing evaluation data using appropriate statistical tests.
4. Interpreting evaluation results and making suggestions for program modifications, as needed.
6. Assisting in seeking new and innovative public and private funding at the local, state and national levels.
7. Assisting division managers in the preparation of funding applications/proposals and contracts.
8. Providing support to conferences/workshops on issues of priority interest to the community.
9. Assisting in preparation of agency position statements on issues of importance to the community.
10. Maintaining division archives (library, program files, funding resources), including the acquisition of new materials.
11. Performing other duties as may be assigned by the Director, Program Planning and Evaluation.
