Small Business Expansion Program

The Small Business Expansion Program provides small minority or women owned construction and commercial cleaning businesses with resources to help them expand. The program offers technical assistance and workshops on such topics as marketing, accounting, bid preparation and submission, and planning for and managing business expansion. A revolving loan fund is available to help participating businesses to access the capital they need to compete for contracts.

The program also includes a job training component to link individuals to new employment opportunities that arise as participating businesses expand.
